At Lightsdaddy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home lighting; if your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in uninstalled, resalable condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the 'Return' option next to your recent order, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the lighting fixtures in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, making sure to keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
